How can I register for ITECA.EVENTS?

Registration is done through the participant's personal account in the "Staff at the Stand" section.

After successfully registering as an exhibition participant, you will receive an email with your login details and a link to access the app.

What link can I use to access ITECA.EVENTS?

After registering in your personal account, you will receive an email with login details. The link to access Iteca.Events is available here.

How do I set up my profile in ITECA.EVENTS?

Upon first logging into the system, you will be prompted to view or update your profile on the platform. We strongly recommend filling in all the profile fields, as this information will later be used by AI to generate visitor recommendations based on your preferences.

How do I activate the "My Team" feature?

The "My Team" button is located next to your profile in the upper-right corner of the page. If you are the first representative of your company to register in the system, you will be prompted to "Create a Team." Just enter your company name.

How do I invite colleagues to "My Team"?

To gain access to the app and "My Team," company representatives must register in their personal accounts. For further assistance, please contact support support link.

How do I set up my company profile in the app?

As an exhibition participant, you have access to the "My Team" section located in the upper-right corner of the main menu. This section allows you to update your company profile, upload products, and manage meetings.

How do I upload products to my company profile?

In the "My Team" section, click on "Products and Services." Then click the "Add Products and Services" button to upload images, titles, categories, and product descriptions.

Is there a limit on the number of meetings for participants?

As a company representative, you are not limited in the number of meetings you can conduct on the platform. However, you cannot have more than 20 meeting requests.

How do I view or add a conference session to "My Schedule"?

The event program is available in the "Event Program" section on the left panel. Here, you can filter sessions by topics, location, or date.

How do I start networking?

Make sure you have filled out your individual profile and updated your availability information. To start networking, you can go to the left panel on the main page.

What types of participants can be seen in ITECA.EVENTS?

As an exhibition participant, you will have access to view all exhibitors, company representatives, products, sessions, and speakers presented in the app.
