EXHIBITION ATTENDANCE RULES
- Entry to the exhibition is only allowed for professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, individual entrepreneur, official, manager, specialist, or other representative of a relevant foreign or domestic company, enterprise, government authority, association, or union, attending the exhibition for business and professional purposes defined by the exhibition's theme. To confirm the professional status of a visitor, the Exhibition Organizer has the right to ask for supporting documents: a business card, power of attorney, or official letter from the represented organization, or any other document that proves the professional status of the visitor.
- The right to visit the exhibition free of charge on the last day is also granted to students of specialized universities. Entry for these individuals is allowed only when accompanied by a teacher.
- The basis for entry to the exhibition is a badge. The badge is issued at the registration desk at the entrance to the exhibition area. The badge is valid throughout the entire exhibition period.
- The badge can be obtained by presenting an electronic ticket, a box office ticket, an invitation ticket, or a completed registration form:
- An electronic ticket can be obtained by completing the registration procedure on the official exhibition website.
- A box office ticket can be purchased at the box office at the entrance to the exhibition complex.
- Completing the registration form is mandatory when exchanging a box office or invitation ticket for a badge. Forms are available on the tables near the registration desk.
- Students of specialized universities also have the right to visit the exhibition for free on specific days determined by the organizer. Entry for these individuals is allowed only when accompanied by a teacher, according to the student list officially certified by the administration of the relevant university. The list must be approved by the organizer no later than two weeks before the exhibition opening date.
- The transfer or sale of electronic tickets or visitor badges to any third parties is prohibited. The exhibition organizer has the right to verify the name on the badge with the visitor's name and may ask the visitor to present an identity document.
- Visitors are not allowed to trade, distribute any advertising or informational materials, hold presentations, demonstrations, campaigns, or any other similar activities and actions without the written consent of the organizer.
- It is prohibited to be on the exhibition grounds in a state or form inconsistent with the business nature of the exhibition and generally accepted norms of behavior, as well as to engage in actions that disrupt public order.
- If these rules are violated, the organizer has the right to deny the violator access to the exhibition without any compensation.
